Shipping Policy

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after an order has been submitted successfully. Due to payment type, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate or different from your shipping address. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of successful payment. A tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking the status of your order.

Local deliveries will be handled as EMS by Thailand Post. Delivery time depends on each destination.

International deliveries will be handled by DHL or FedEx service. Delivery time depends on each destination. Shipping cost will be determined by weight and destination and will be included in the payment during checkout. Status of the DHL delivery can be tracked at http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml. Status of the FedEx delivery can be tracked at https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack.

 

We do not take any further responsibility of the package after the package is physically passed on to carrier. Providing tracking number to customer marks the order fulfillment of Bungalow 17.

 

You will also be responsible for the re-shipping cost if the packages are returned to us by the carrier and the reshipping is requested. Please expect the delivery and ensure the receipt accordingly to avoid these extra cost.
